How it works
Getting started takes 3 simple steps
A clear, supported process, guided by our intake team from your first contact to your first session.
Submit a referral
Ready to proceed? Complete our referral form with the client and service details. Not ready yet? Request a call back first and we'll guide you with the right next steps.
Intake reviews & matches
Our intake team reviews the needs, funding and setting, then matches a suitable therapist based on skills, location and goals. We don't just assign the next available clinician.
Confirm & first session
Once suitability and availability are confirmed, we lock in the clinician, time, setting and pricing. For NDIS clients, we send a Service Agreement at the same time.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you have availability right now?
In most service areas we can start with new clients in shorter-than-average timeframes, and several services are open for new bookings. The quickest way to confirm for your service and location is to request a call back.
Do you service my area?
We cover Greater Brisbane (including Logan, Ipswich and Redland Bay) and Melbourne areas within about 50 km of Glen Waverley, with home, community, school, clinic and telehealth options. Not sure? Request a call back with your postcode and we'll confirm.
How much does it cost, and what funding do you accept?
We offer fixed, transparent pricing and work across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Medicare/Private, TAC, DVA and WorkCover. We explain pricing, travel and reports before service begins. Ask us anything when you request a call back.
Do I need a referral, or can I just ask a question first?
You can do either. If you're ready, submit a referral to start the booking process. If you'd like to ask questions or check availability first, request a call back. There's no pressure to commit.
Can you help with complex cases or reports that have failed before?
Yes. We support complex clients and complex plan-review situations, and regularly take on cases where previous report attempts have not succeeded, with strong accountability around report quality. Tell us about the situation and we'll advise.
Do you offer home, school, community or telehealth sessions?
Yes, sessions are delivered at home, in the community, at school, in clinic, in SIL homes, in aged care settings and via telehealth, depending on the service and clinical suitability. Request a call back to discuss the best setting.
Are your therapists qualified and registered?
Our clinicians are registered with their relevant professional bodies, including AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia where applicable, and complete Working With Children and NDIS Worker Screening checks. Every therapist goes through a rigorous selection process and ongoing supervision.
